A concept created by a baker and directed to all the other artisans bakers
The growing demande of Pain de Meule and all the other Maison Jouannet’s hand crafted breads in the region led the Maison to issue
a brand licence agreement. Through the Jouannet Development company Maison Jouannet proposes to artisans bakers to take advantage of his
professional experience and know-how by acquiring his brand licence. Thanks to this licence the bakers will be trained in the crafting of the Pain
the Meule and the Charmille (the two leading products of the firm) in Vichy, they will receive technical assistance for their product launching and a set
of communication tools realised by an agency of specialists who will help you having a rapid and efficient sales increase. Since September 2009 this brand
licence has been chosen by two bakers: the Lenoir bakery in Moulins and the Picard bakery in Montluçon: what a great succes…! Are you a baker?
